iPhone 5 Case Leaks, Mercedes-Benz 2012 iPhone UI Concept & More – iReview

In today’s show we begin talking about our exclusive leaks of some Case-Mate concepts for iPhone 5 cases, and our thoughts on this whole design. We talk bout the IAA Motor show and how both Mercedes-Benz and VW have shared new innovations that require an iPhone. We go through the status of an untethered Jailbreak for iOS 5 upon release, the probabilities of iMessage going to the Mac, and we even talk about the recent claim by Samsung where they assure their Galaxy S II is thinner than the iPhone 4. In the Not So Cool section we go through our disappointment in seeing September breeze by and still no confirmation on when Apple will have their yearly “September Music Event”.

i think that the bigger home button may be touch sensitive and different gestures do different things.
Maybe the music event already happened and Apple forgot to send invitations.

@wssroach I call that BS, first: Kal-El, the first quadcore SoC will not be available until 2012. Second: I still run a single core Nexus S and there is no phone that really beats it in speed…yes, they are faster with 2 cores but just a bit, you won’t notice it…specially with Android ICS you won’t notice any difference anymore due hardware acceleration for the UI…

@wssroach still iphones are faster cause the android os is slow. everything on iphone moves smoothly and fluidly, and there is a much much larger selection of apps. im not somebody who will always take sides with apple, ive had a bunch of android phones (including the htc thunderbolt that i overclocked to 1.4ghz), but even then, games are much better, and things move a lot more smoothly on the iphone

This really bother me, the suspense and the wait for this iPhone 5 that might end up looking like an IPhone 4. This next iPhone better B the shit cuz I can’t keep defending apple from ppl that keep saying bull shit to me cuz I am a apple fan. If this turn out to be a dud I will take my new iPhone and smack the HELL out of everybody wit it.
